Job summary

Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (KCA) seeks a Bridge Design and Rehabilitation Lead for our Columbia, North Myrtle Beach, and North Charleston offices.

You will spearhead SC bridge design and rehabilitation, coordinating with roadway, geotechnical, and hydraulic teams to deliver projects from concept to final bid package. The role requires strong knowledge of AASHTO codes, structural analysis software, and the ability to manage multiple projects across state lines while ensuring schedule,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience; 15 years preferred.
• At least 5 years on SCDOT bridge projects.
• Master’s degree in civil engineering with a structural focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the South Carolina bridge design and rehabilitation practice.
• Prepare design calculations, construction plans, and reports coordinating with roadway, geotechnical, and hydraulic disciplines.
• Design transportation projects from preliminary to final design including specs, quantities, cost estimates, and bid packages.
