The Mannik & Smith Group (MSG) is seeking an Experienced Bridge Engineer to lead innovative bridge projects across Michigan. As part of our Transportation and Structural Engineering team, you will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of bridge projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with over 8 years of relevant experience and a Michigan PE license. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid position while making a significant impact in community infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in bridge design and structural engineering.
• Michigan Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with MDOT and/or MDOT LAP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform bridge and structural design in accordance with MDOT and AASHTO standards.
• Contribute to the full project lifecycle from concept through construction.
• Prepare bridge layouts, material quantity calculations, and construction specifications.
