You will manage projects, coordinate with agencies like MassDOT/MBTA, produce calculations and reports, and help win new work through client presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of bridge engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and prestressed concrete bridge design.
• Experience with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications and bridge rehabilitation practices.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and bridge design software.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary transportation projects.
• Prior experience working with MassDOT, MBTA, municipalities, or other public agencies preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

GPI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridge Engineer to join our expanding transportation team in Wilmington, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, rehabilitation, and inspection of complex bridge structures while mentoring staff and helping grow our bridge engineering practice throughout the Northeast.
