Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the Ohio Structural team.
2. Build and maintain relationships with DOT and local agencies; support business development.
3. Design and review bridge and transportation structures.
4. Manage DOT and local agency bridge projects; support and train team members.
5. Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and funding applications.
6. Contribute to other projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Structural emphasis preferred.
2. Ohio PE license meeting Level 2 criteria.
3. 10+ years of experience in Structural Engineering, focusing on bridge design.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in teams.
