This position involves working within our Infrastructure Market in the Bridges Discipline for highway and railway bridge projects, with potential for remote work. Responsibilities include performing complex engineering calculations, leading bridge projects, collaborating with senior staff, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications include:

1. Minimum of 10 years bridge design experience, including steel girder and prestressed concrete design.
2. Thorough knowledge of AASHTO LRFD design code; familiarity with AREMA is desirable.
3. Proficiency in analysis software such as Risa, Midas, Leap Bridge Concrete.
4. Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration required; Structural Engineering (S.E.) registration desirable and must be obtainable.

Soft skills: Effective communication, relationship building, ability to work independently and in teams, and interest in diverse assignments.

Education: Bachelor's in civil engineering, with additional structural coursework. Master's and S.E. registration are desirable.
