Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks a Production Operator IV to join a team-driven production line.

You will operate automated equipment, diagnose machinery, assist in preventative maintenance, and ensure product safety and quality in a clean, safe work environment. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent plus a technical certification, and the ability to work across multiple production areas.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus successful completion of a technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair).
• Equivalent military training or 45 college credits may substitute for technical training.
• Technical certification may include AIB “Science of Baking” course.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule for job assignments and work reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times while on duty.
• Operate facility metal detector(s); must be fully trained and certified.
• Comply with work rules, safety rules, and GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety).
• Complete required documentation and system entries accurately and on time.
