Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent with technical certification.
• Equivalent military training or completion of a 45 college credit hours may be substituted for technical training.
• AIB 'Science of Baking' course may be included.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule for job assignments and work reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times while on duty.
• Operate facility metal detector and be trained/certified.
• Comply with safety rules and GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Safety, etc.).
• Operate multiple production equipment and ensure proper setup, operation, and safety.
