Qualifications

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• Checks and maintains production schedule for SCALER/DIVIDER OPERATOR.
• Scales ingredients and loads, operates and unloads mixer(s).
• Operates dough pump and checks scaling weights and equipment standards.
• Adjusts and operates dividers, rounder, overhead proofer; performs sanitation and preventive maintenance.
• Ensures that work area is clean and organized; follows company policies.
