Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus successful completion of a technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair).
• Equivalent military training or completion of at least 45 college credits may substitute for technical training.
• AIB “Science of Baking” course may count toward training.

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedule and report times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area during duty.
• Operate facility equipment and assist with safety and GMPs.
• Complete required documentation and system entries accurately.
• Move through production areas and set gauges, dials, guides, and rulers.
• Ensure product quality meets standards and materials flow efficiently.
