Job summary

You will operate automated production equipment, diagnose machinery issues, assist in preventive maintenance, and ensure sanitation and safety across all related equipment. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, follow GMPs and safety rules, and collaborate with fellow technicians to maintain high quality and output.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency plus successful completion of a technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair).
• Equivalent military training or 45 college credits may substitute for technical training.
• A technical certification course may include completion of the AIB 'Science of Baking' course.

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedule and report times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
• May operate facility metal detectors once trained and certified.
• Comply with safety rules, GMPs, and company policies.
• Set up equipment and ensure proper operation and quality throughout the process.
