Job summary

Phiture is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant to cover maternity leave on HBO Max account. You’ll lead high-impact CRM programs across EMEA and APAC, owning client relationships and delivering sophisticated Braze-driven lifecycle campaigns.

This fixed-term role (5–6 months, starting mid-November) combines hands-on Braze work with senior-level stakeholder management in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on CRM, lifecycle marketing, or automation in large-scale media/products.
• Deep Braze expertise: API usage, Liquid, webhooks, events/attributes, campaigns.
• Experience auditing CRM setups with product/data teams on taxonomy, tracking, event schemas.
• Strong data literacy; can query, build dashboards, and translate insights (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau).
• Proven track record owning senior client relationships independently and driving strategic input.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationship with senior stakeholders, maintaining trust and input.
• Lead CRM architecture audits and ensure scalable Braze integrations and data flows.
• Maximize Braze capabilities with real-time triggers and dynamic content for lifecycle programs.
• Plan and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Retention, Martech, and CRM Ops teams.
