Job summary

Dispel seeks a Staff Brand & Web Designer to define the multi-year brand platform and build scalable design systems that span marketing, product UI, and events. You’ll guide governance, align senior stakeholders, and drive major web initiatives to measurably improve performance.

You’ll champion GenAI workflows, set direction with the Chief Design Officer, and partner with Marketing to create a cohesive experience for customers in critical infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand and web design with strategic leadership
• Ability to set brand direction at an organizational level, not just deliverables
• Experience leading major web initiatives with measurable results

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year brand direction, develop visual frameworks and success metrics
• Lead site initiatives: re-architecture, design system adoption, CMS evaluation, performance optimization
• Coordinate cross-functional launches across web, events, content, and product
• Coach senior designers, align with executive leadership on brand and product strategy
• Operationalize GenAI for brand content, including prompt libraries and QA processes
