Job summary

Preferred by Nature is seeking a seasoned Communications & Brand Designer to lead our visual identity and communications strategy. You will shape and safeguard the brand across websites, campaigns, reports, and events while guiding internal teams and external partners.

You will drive design systems, templates, and high-impact visuals that support stakeholder engagement and global outreach, with a strong emphasis on UX/UI principles and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic and digital design experience.
• Experience leading creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Brand development and visual identity management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and evolution of the brand’s visual identity across channels.
• Manage end-to-end design projects including websites, campaigns, publications, and events.
• Coordinate external designers, photographers, videographers, and printers as needed.
• Develop visuals and templates to ensure consistency across communications.
