Dispel is a growth-stage cybersecurity company building secure remote access for critical infrastructure. As our Staff Brand & Web Designer, you'll set the strategic direction for how Dispel looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint, from dispel.com to conference booths to product UI.

This role goes beyond hands‑on design. You'll define the multi-year brand platform, build the systems and governance that keep it consistent at scale, and lead major web initiatives that drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand and web design with leadership experience.
• Ability to set brand direction at organizational level and governance.
• Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and GenAI design tools used daily.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year brand direction and build tokenized design systems.
• Lead major web initiatives including re-architecture and CMS evaluation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Product to align brand and product design.
