Job summary

Dispel is a growth-stage cybersecurity company building secure remote access for critical infrastructure. As our Staff Brand & Web Designer, you’ll set the strategic direction for how Dispel looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint, from dispel.com to conference booths to product UI.

AI is core to how we work. You’ll define the multi-year brand platform, build the systems and governance that keep it consistent at scale, and lead major web initiatives that drive measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand and web design with demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to set brand direction and governance beyond deliverables.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and GenAI tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand evolution and align stakeholder expectations across disciplines.
• Oversee major site initiatives, design system adoption, CMS evaluation, and performance.
• Coach senior designers and collaborate with exec leadership to scale brand output.
