Job summary

American Airlines is seeking an Analyst/Sr Analyst, Brand Strategy to translate brand strategy into practical frameworks and tools. You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, and Operations to ensure consistent brand expression across communications, products and experiences.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong communication, and a customer-centered approach to achieve business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position at the DFW area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience/training with 3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing relationships with third party vendors including advertising, media agencies or media owners/intermediaries.

Responsibilities

• Shape and influence brand expression across customer, team member, and partner experiences to ensure consistent engagement.
• Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Customer Experience, Communications, and Operations for alignment.
• Translate brand principles with strategists, designers, marketers, agencies, and stakeholders into consistent experiences.
• Develop and maintain brand frameworks, standards, playbooks, tools, and training for brand consistency.
• Connect brand strategy, customer experience, and business goals to strengthen recognition and trust.
• Support evolution and governance of the brand system across channels.
