Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Assurance & Product Development – Licensing to shape licensed products worldwide. You will drive development from concept through production, partnering with licensing agents, game teams, Creative, and the Entertainment & Partnerships organization.

You bring strong creative judgment and a deep understanding of brand storytelling to translate worlds into authentic products that resonate with players.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product development, brand assurance, licensing, consumer products or related fields.
• Experience in entertainment, gaming or character-driven IP is preferred.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle from concept to final production.

Responsibilities

• Guide licensed product development from concept to sampling and final production.
• Review products across categories for design, materials, and brand alignment.
• Provide actionable feedback to meet creative, quality, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with licensees, agencies, vendors and game teams to resolve challenges.
• Ensure packaging represents games and characters, delivering strong consumer value.
• Develop and evolve brand and product development guidance for partners.
