Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to shape the consumer-facing digital products and marketing experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and shipping production-ready UX for consumer-facing digital products.
• Craft quality across marketing, e-commerce, email, and/or enterprise tooling.
• Figma expert with dev-ready files, components, and specs for handoff.
• Navigate complex, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently through ambiguous problems.
• Collaborate in fast-paced settings where design is adjusted by input from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity designs and assets in Figma for digital touchpoints and tools; deliver production-ready specs.
• Translate approved concepts into production-ready deliverables aligned to design systems and brand guidelines.
• Navigate a broad set of stakeholders to absorb requirements, reconcile feedback and keep design on track.
• Iterate designs based on input from Consumer Insights and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure quality and scale.
• Maintain brand language while honoring partner/licensor/IP guidelines across touchpoints.
• Communicate design direction through storytelling in writing, small groups, and presentations.
• Design for innovation at scale to meet evolving member needs.
