SiriusXM Radio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to elevate the brand across consumer touchpoints in New York. You will design breakthrough brand strategies, integrated campaigns, and audience-first storytelling to drive subscriber growth.

The role blends strategic brand-building with program management, translating insights into compelling positioning, developing creative, and leading campaigns from strategy through measurement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in management.
• Leadership with clear vision; ability to motivate and coach.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Develop brand marketing strategies to raise awareness, consideration, engagement, and affinity.
• Evolve brand architecture, messaging frameworks, audience strategy, and GTM playbooks.
• Translate insights into clear brand narratives and compelling briefs.
• Own campaign planning from concept to launch, including media integration and ROI.
• Create strategy decks and business cases for senior leaders.
• Partner with Creative, Content Marketing, Programming, Product, and other teams.
• Collaborate with Data Science to track brand health and competitive insights.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor brand marketing team and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Set objectives and ensure adherence to budgets and business goals.
