Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience with 3+ years of management experience.
• Leadership and people management experience with clear vision and strategy.
• Entrepreneurial: self-starter who drives end-to-end initiatives.
• Results-oriented with a track record of improving business performance.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead brand marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement for the SiriusXM brand.
• Evolve brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and audience strategy.
• Translate insights into clear brand narratives and creative briefs.
• Own campaign planning from concept through launch, including strategy and ROI analysis.
• Prepare strategy decks and business cases for senior management.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content Marketing, Programming, Product, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track brand health metrics and synthesize consumer insights to inform strategies.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and approvals.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and coordinate cross-functional priorities.
