Job summary

Elite Brands LLC, a Pro Food Solutions Company, seeks an Associate Brand Manager, Sr. to grow and commercialize private label programs across Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Packaging.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives from concept through retail launch, ensuring packaging, inventory, marketing materials, and programs are delivered on time. Collaborating with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales, and external partners, you will analyze performance, support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Asana preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, food distribution and/or commissary/exchange industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support private label initiatives across the 5 Ps.
• Coordinate product commercialization from concept through retail launch.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and launch readiness activities.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Analyze sales, promotions, category performance, and product results.
