Advantage Solutions in the United States seeks an entry‑level Associate Business Manager, Own Brands to support retailer Private Label initiatives and coordinate with supplier partners.

You will own relationships, understand client strategies, manage development from ideation to shelf, and help drive launches while meeting deadlines. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and good organizational skills across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.
• 0‑2 years of experience in Account or Brand Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Conflict management and decision‑making skills are required.
• Strong prioritizing skills and excellent customer service are needed.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships within retailers Private Label/Own Brand teams and understand their priorities.
• Understand clients' strategies and leverage that knowledge.
• Work with supplier partners and retailers on new item launches, label updates, and reformulations; ensure deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with supplier partners and retailers.
• Manage supplier/client sales and revenue.
• Negotiate brokerage rates.
• Contract management.
• Facilitate and drive projects to milestones within established timeframes.
