• Manage the brand's P&L, analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for sales growth and profitability improvement.
• Oversee all brand communication initiatives, including advertising, PR, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify new product opportunities and manage lifecycle of existing lines.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy.
• Develop compelling brand positioning and messaging for the luxury consumer.
• Work with sales teams to ensure effective in-store execution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure high-quality execution of brand projects.
• Track KPIs and present findings to senior management; champion the brand's values across touchpoints.
