Placements24 is seeking a Senior Beauty Advisor & Product Specialist for a prestigious cosmetic retailer in Upington, Northern Cape. You will guide customers through skincare, makeup, and fragrance selections, delivering personalized consultations and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in beauty retail or a related client-facing role.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products and brands.
• Proven sales ability and experience in exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex product information clearly and concisely.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in current trends.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy for point-of-sale systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert beauty advice and personalized recommendations to customers across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and offer makeovers or skincare consultations.
• Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are attractively displayed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, new product launches, and brand promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in ongoing product training and development sessions.
• Build strong relationships with a loyal customer base.
