Job summary

Olberding Brand Family in Chicago is seeking a Senior Brand Leader to guide client brands from strategy through execution while leading cross-functional teams and managing client relations. The role emphasizes delivering high‑impact branding for consumer products, with a focus on staying on brief, on budget, and on time.

You will contribute to project supervision, write key documents, and identify opportunities to grow partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience branding, advertising or marketing.
• Consumer product company knowledge or experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• BS or BA in Marketing, Advertising, or similar degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver client work on brief, on brand, on budget and on schedule.
• Supervise accounts, identify workflow improvements, and partner with creatives on strategic opportunities.
• Create estimates, maintain schedules and budget records, track project vs. budget, and process billing.
• Demonstrate strong business writing and produce conference reports, status reports, research summaries, and competitive analyses.
• Understand client business and competitive landscape; build professional client communication.
