Job summary

Roo is seeking a Senior Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager to lead big-brand launches and integrated campaigns for veterinary professionals and animal hospitals. You will own strategy, narrative, channel planning, and measurement to build awareness, trust, and affinity.

This role emphasizes storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization. As a remote-first company, you will partner with PR agencies and internal teams to expand Roo's brand footprint, including thought

Qualifications

Experience leading multi-channel brand campaigns from strategy to measurement.
Strong storytelling ability with a clear point of view on campaign impact.
Experience managing PR agencies or earned-media programs and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead Roo's biggest launches and brand campaigns end-to-end with audience insight, briefs, channel planning and measurement.
Own brand calendar, budgets, and agency relationships to ensure consistent campaign execution.
Drive thought leadership and PR programs, turning proof points into credible industry stories.
Adapt campaigns for new markets as Roo expands and work with partners on co-marketing.
