Job summary

Roo is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead high-priority initiatives across the veterinary staffing platform. You will own the product vision, define success metrics, and drive autonomous, scalable improvements for relief work and hiring opportunities with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace dynamics and growth-enabled product design.
• Understanding funnel stages from discovery to activation and retention.
• Fluency in unit economics and margin discussions.
• Proven track record delivering measurable impact across teams.
• Excellent written and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from sign-up to first shift and automate vs human decisions.
• Build high-volume relief vet features: recurring bookings and calendar/earnings tooling.
• Translate promotions into product using targeting and guardrails.
• Partner with growth marketing on conversion targets and experiments.
• Improve instrumentation and work with analysts on cohorts and attribution.
• Co-own BU strategy with GM and push back when needed.
• Keep one marketplace: align PMs across BUs for a unified product.
• Communicate strategy and progress to leadership and BUs.
