Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive brand management experience within CPG industry.
• Formal brand management training from leading CPG organizations preferred.
• Measurable revenue and profit growth achieved in prior brands.
• Experience developing innovation pipelines and launching new products.
• Strong analytical capabilities using consumer, category, and retail data.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through complexity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating cross-functional timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term brand growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead annual brand planning, including marketing plan, innovation plan, and insights & analytics.
• Partner with all Business Units to meet marketing needs across the company.
• Lead development of consumer communication strategies, packaging, claims, and merchandising.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources across brand initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing, website performance, and social media presence.
• Develop sales material and represent brands at trade shows and events.
• Evaluate brand performance through sales data, market trends, and insights.
• Identify opportunities for category expansion, channel development, and brand renovation.
• Manage agency partners and marketing execution where applicable.
