Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a senior marketing leader to act as a cross-functional orchestrator at the intersection of Strategy, Creative, Media, Account, Operations, Analytics, and Client teams in Santa Monica.

The Integration Lead will elevate client relationships, translate client needs into actionable cross-functional plans, and drive cohesion across HCP and DTC initiatives with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• What you'll own: Serve as the primary digital lead and main point of contact for all digital and integrated initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and connecting tactical execution to broader business objectives.
• What you'll own: Act as a strategic thought partner to brand and affiliate leadership and coordinate across brand teams to manage interdependencies, deadlines, and considerations.
• What you'll own: Ensure the 'what' and 'why' behind tactics, including what we produce, how it aligns to communications strategy, and how HCP and DTC efforts connect within the ecosystem.
• What this role is accountable for: Foster impactful client relationships aimed at brokering integrated communications and lead monthly in-person client meetings (SF, minimum 1x per month).
• What this role is accountable for: Promote cross-disciplinary integration and coach teams toward proactive collaboration and shared accountability.
