Qualifications

• Engagement manager or associate level with top-tier consulting background with growth strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the local sales growth strategy and 3-year plan across business segments.
• Lead initiatives for customer acquisition, recovery, and penetration improvement.
• Analyze market opportunities and build business cases.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve retention.
• Map customer journeys and create content to support initiatives.
• Present growth roadmaps to sales and functional leaders.
• Collaborate with COE to execute strategies and financial modeling.
• Define and monitor KPIs for strategic initiatives.
• Align initiatives with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Guide senior leadership toward alignment in a matrix organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive progress.
