Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in brand management, product marketing, or related functions.
• Proven success leading product launches and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills using market trends, consumer insights, and data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth initiatives and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
• Lead new product development and launch activities from concept through commercialization.
• Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Development to execute growth initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional priorities for successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Support product portfolio management, pricing, forecasting, and profitability objectives.
• Deliver product training, presentations, and market insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement efforts.
