Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our Southern Oregon expansion, overseeing brand, digital experience, and the innovation portfolio. This role reports to the VP of Innovation and requires strong governance, performance reporting, and cross-functional leadership.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to deliver measurable outcomes, manage budgets, and foster a high-performance team across U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive leadership experience in Innovation, Digital Strategy, Brand Leadership, or related fields.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in global or multi-regional organizations.
• Experience with governance systems, structured reporting, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. innovation initiatives, aligning executive strategy with operations.
• Manage Brand and UI/UX leaders, setting priorities and accountability.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs, and governance for visibility and execution.
• Bridge U.S. and international teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Oversee budgets and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Marketing.
