Job summary

Wispr Flow is seeking a Senior Designer, Brand & Growth to join our marketing team and partner with the Head of Design. This high-ownership role focuses on translating complex tech into human, memorable stories across web, email, paid, and social.

You'll move from ideation to execution, shaping creative direction for product launches and campaigns with hands-on work in Figma, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing marketing campaigns for digital products or SaaS.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end campaign thinking.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas visually.
• Strong creative judgment and visual taste.
• Excellent typography, layout, and information design.
• Experience designing integrated campaigns across web, paid, email, social.
• Ability to storyboard motion narratives.
• Experience collaborating with developers.
• Autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Open to feedback and iteration.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Strong communication, both visual and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the creative direction for major product launches.
• Develop campaign concepts and scalable visual systems for launch emails, landing pages, paid media, social, and other touchpoints.
• Design high-converting web pages and landing pages with developers, balancing creativity with usability and conversion goals.
• Create paid advertising concepts across channels, including static and animated formats.
• Storyboard visual narratives for animations, videos, and motion content.
• Translate campaign ideas into email and social executions tailored to each platform.
• Extend the Wispr Flow brand system through campaign work.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, product, and development teams.
• Deliver fast, high-quality work with strong craft and design judgment.
• Iterate based on feedback and performance insights.
