Job summary

Breathe for Change is seeking a senior designer to own how we look across all touchpoints for prospective students. You will design the website, visual curriculum, email, paid social creative, event materials and brand, turning our complex Human Intelligence framework into a legible, scroll-friendly experience.

You’ll work in Figma and Webflow/Framer or code, reporting to the Growth Lead and executive team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing for consumer brands.
• Turn complex concepts into visual systems.
• Shipped marketing websites built by you.
• Strong writing and editing for headlines.
• Open to feedback and data-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Bring the brand and curriculum to life with visuals and layouts.
• Design and build the website using Figma, Webflow or Framer.
• Design email campaigns and templates for lifecycle programs.
• Design the ad-creative system for paid social.
• Shape the student surfaces from onboarding to learning platform.
• Carry the brand into every client touchpoint and document.
