Job summary

Highwire is a strategic marketing communications agency. We seek a Senior Designer, Brand & Motion to lead motion graphics, video content, and brand-aligned design across high-volume campaigns.

You will collaborate with creative leadership and strategists to deliver awe-inspiring assets, uphold brand standards, and mentor junior designers while contributing to growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or visual effects.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, with motion graphics/video focus.
• Portfolio showing motion graphics and video work at campaign level.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• UX principles and accessibility awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and video assets for high-volume campaigns.
• Develop design solutions that adhere to client brand standards across mediums.
• Present work to account teams and clients, explaining design rationale.
• Incorporate feedback within review cycles and manage conflicts effectively.
• Provide design support for marketing and new business initiatives.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain brand consistency.
