Job summary

Recruiting from Scratch LLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will own brand and campaign design across paid channels, social, email, and web to shape how the product communicates with customers.

You’ll translate business goals into concepts, produce hands-on visuals and motion assets in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools, and collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design, brand design, creative, social, or related discipline.
• Portfolio showing range across marketing campaigns, channels, and formats.
• Experience owning campaigns from concept and strategy through hands-on execution.
• Strong visual design fundamentals across typography, layout, color and brand systems.
• Hands-on experience creating digital, social, and performance marketing assets.
• Ability to work independently and balance strategy with execution.
• Experience using performance data to improve creative and drive growth.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with senior leadership interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy and execution for campaigns across paid, social, email, web, and brand.
• Turn ambiguous goals into campaign concepts, direction, and assets.
• Create visual assets including digital ads, social content, presentations, and web creative.
• Develop simple animations and motion assets for campaigns.
• Work in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to develop, launch, test, and iterate campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust creative based on data.
• Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across marketing touchpoints.
