Highwire is seeking a Senior Designer, Brand & Motion to lead motion graphics, video, and animated content for high-volume campaigns while honoring brand systems. You will collaborate with strategy leads, the creative director, and designers to deliver awe-inspiring campaigns and assets.

The role combines hands-on design with mentorship and requires expert After Effects and Premiere skills along with a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong motion graphics and video portfolio at campaign level.
• Expert After Effects and Premiere; proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate with teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce motion graphics, video assets for high-volume campaigns.
• Develop design solutions adhering to brand standards across media.
• Present work to internal teams and clients; explain design rationale.
• Iterate based on client feedback within review cycles.
• Support marketing and new business with decks and collateral.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure brand consistency.
