Job summary

Wispr Flow is seeking a Head of Talent to build and lead the recruiting function as we scale from ~80 to 250 employees this year. You will source, pitch, and close senior candidates and hire a world-class recruiting team while reporting to the founders and collaborating with ML, product, sales, marketing, and G&A.

In this hands-on role you’ll shape our talent strategy, improve interview processes, and partner with execs on employer branding and creative offers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to hire at scale in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent interviewing and closing skills with a track record of high-quality hires.
• Strong influencing skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Personally source, pitch, and close senior candidates.
• Build the talent org from first principles and scale with AI leverage.
• Hire and lead a recruiting team and set high hiring standards.
• Instrument the pipeline with metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Coach hiring managers to interview and close effectively; push back when needed.
• Shape the candidate experience to reflect the product and company culture.
• Partner with the executive team on employer branding and competitive offers.
