Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands is seeking a Brand Finance & Analytics Manager to partner with Brand Teams. This senior role blends commercial, consumer, financial, and operational data into clear recommendations that improve brand value, profitability, and growth.

You will own the brand P&L, lead planning and forecasting, evaluate investment cases, and influence cross-functional decisions using syndicated data and market signals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive CPG, commercial finance, brand analytics, or strategy experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior-leadership decisions through structured analysis, sound business judgment, and clear communication.
• Strong business and financial acumen across the full brand P&L, including revenue, pricing, discounting, cost of sales, A&P, ROI, and scenario modeling.
• Confidence working with syndicated, commercial, financial, and operational data, including Nielsen, NABCA, IRI/Circana or similar.
• Executive-ready written and verbal communication; able to make complex analysis understandable and actionable.
• Influence and stakeholder-management capability in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Brand Directors/Managers, Commercial Finance, and cross-functional leadership; frame business questions and recommend actions.
• Lead analytical and financial agendas for quarterly Brand Health reviews, OAP, planning, and leadership reviews.
• Integrate financial, commercial, consumer, customer, supply, and competitive signals into actionable views of performance.
• Own the integrated brand P&L and partner on pricing standards, A&P, and cost drivers with relevant teams.
• Use syndicated data and internal depletion/shipment data to understand brand performance across the three-tier system.
• Navigate ambiguous questions and build trusted recommendations over time.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning with scenario analyses.
• Build and challenge business cases for innovation, portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions.
