Heaven Hill Brands in Bardstown or Louisville, KY, is seeking a Senior Manager, Consolidation and Reporting to lead global consolidation and financial reporting. This role partners with FP&A and business leaders to ensure accurate, timely financial information and robust controls.

The position emphasizes process improvement, complex journal entries, and audit readiness while driving standardized reporting and governance across entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and review of entity submissions.
• Produce management, board, lender and external reporting, including complete financial statements, cash flow, disclosures and supporting schedules.
• Establish a consistent financial reporting calendar, deliverables, review standards and accountability, ensuring packages are reconciled and supported.
• Partner with FP&A and global entity teams to align actual results with management reporting and explain variances.
• Research and evaluate complex matters including impairment, equity method investments and hedge accounting.
• Prepare or oversee complex journal entries and support calculations with appropriate reviews.
• Lead close activities with clear owners, deadlines and evidence; escalate risks and coordinate corrective action.
• Gatekeeper for chart-of-accounts and reporting mappings; coordinate approvals and controlled changes.
• Maintain audit-ready schedules and support Internal Audit testing and remediation of findings.
• Identify technology improvements with Accounting Operations and IT to automate processes and improve controls.
• Develop the Intercompany Accounting Manager and build backup coverage to strengthen readiness.
