Qualifications

• Project management mastery with multiple moving parts and speed without sacrificing quality.
• Cross-functional influence across procurement, logistics, and finance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate matrixed teams.
• Experience in ecommerce operations, store health, PDP optimization, or marketplace management.
• Leadership experience managing distributed execution teams, including offshore partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team within Pattern Creators.
• Drive marketplace strategy for brand partners and TikTok Shop initiatives.
• Oversee PDP optimization, product launches, listing quality, and asset improvements.
• Ensure shop health, customer service workflows, and fulfillment SLAs.
• Monitor price parity and protect brand integrity across accounts.
• Collaborate with product, supply chain, commercial, and finance to remove bottlenecks.
