Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Social Commerce Manager to own a book of brand partners and drive marketplace strategy on TikTok Shop as part of Pattern Creators. This hybrid role in Lehi, Utah (or Los Angeles) focuses on data-driven insights, scalable campaigns, and improving client outcomes across Pattern’s ecommerce acceleration platform.

You will collaborate with TikTok Shop creators, marketplace ops, and other managers to deliver measurable growth, optimize listings, and report performance to clients

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in account management within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Understanding of TikTok Shop features and best practices for optimizing performance.
• Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze data and drive strategy with insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and resolve challenges for clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with multiple brand partners and understand their business challenges and success metrics.
• Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations aligned with brand goals and opportunities.
• Deliver high-level strategic and customer service to ensure KPIs are hit.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and present solutions to grow the business.
• Stay current on industry trends and optimize product listings and campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients to implement tailored TikTok Shop strategies.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports highlighting key metrics and trends.
