Brand Manager, Digital Strategy to lead the digital expression of our brands across consumer channels, translating brand vision into channel plans and content that drives first-time trial. You will manage the Social Media Manager and Community Manager, oversee paid media and creator partnerships, and collaborate with creative, design, and trade marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing in CPG/beverage preferred.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and analytics.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience managing agency relationships and full-funnel media plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and digital strategy across channels with KPIs.
• Oversee social, content, and communication initiatives.
• Drive community growth and first-time trial.
• Manage paid media strategy and agency partnerships (RASP).
• Oversee content/creator budget and partnerships.
• Define social tech stack and insights; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
