Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in social media management or related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Advanced CapCut skills.
• Strong Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Experience filming with an iPhone and creating social-first video.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day social media presence for Link Creative and Link Label Studios.
• Manage content distribution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Batch and schedule content efficiently across platforms.
• Ensure every post is properly formatted, captioned, tagged, scheduled, and published.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and branding.
• Monitor comments, engagement, trends, and relevant conversations.
• Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
