Job summary

Bland.ai in San Francisco is seeking a Brand Designer (Web) to shape the look and feel of bland.ai and own its day-to-day web presence across product launches, case studies, and updates.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to ship improvements, ensure accessibility and performance, and push for premium, human-centric design across the site and brand system. This role is in-person in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, digital, or web design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong digital and web work.
• Understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, motion, and visual systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and day-to-day evolution of bland.ai and keep the site current with product launches, case studies, and updates.
• Improve design, user experience, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall site quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ship design changes and iterate quickly on the web.
• Establish QA practices and audit the site for visual consistency and performance.
• Drive the brand system and visual identity across typography, color, and layout.
