HappyRobot in San Francisco is seeking a Brand Designer to join our creative team. You will maintain and evolve HappyRobot's visual language across high-volume brand and marketing work — delivering polished assets fast while maintaining quality.

This hands-on role rewards craft and a design-driven mindset. You will actively improve the design system, collaborate across a dispersed team, and help shape how HappyRobot presents itself to enterprise customers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or marketing design.
• A strong portfolio showing range, polish, and consistency across brand and marketing work.
• Deep command of design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout.
• Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design across multiple formats: social, digital, print, and campaign assets.
• Thrives on production volume and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
• Clear, concise communicator and strong collaborator across a distributed team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
