Job summary

Bland AI in San Francisco is seeking a Brand Design Engineer to own the marketing design and website, shaping visual systems, typography, and interaction across channels.

You will design in code, collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering, and use AI coding tools to prototype and ship production-ready experiences. Hybrid work in SF with strong design taste and frontend familiarity expected.

Qualifications

• Exceptional design taste with a premium, modern, intentional look.
• You understand typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.
• You are comfortable navigating a frontend codebase and making production changes.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Bland's Marketing Design across the organization.
• Develop and maintain brand systems, guidelines, templates, and visual language.
• Own end-to-end Bland's marketing website and keep it current.
• Design in code using Claude Code and AI tools to prototype and ship.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, and Engineering.
• Create high-impact marketing experiences across landing pages and campaigns.
• Maintain QA and audit the site for quality and accessibility.
