Job summary

Profound is seeking an on-site Web Designer to shape our brand experience online, from marketing sites to product-facing surfaces. You will own end-to-end web design, collaborating with front-end engineers, design engineers, and brand teams to translate briefs into high-quality pages with craft and speed.

Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio, mastery of design fundamentals, and fluency in Figma. Bonus for hands-on HTML/CSS or experience with a component-based design system and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing high craft on shipped websites.
• Strong command of web design fundamentals: layout, type, grid, hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship marketing pages, landing pages, and campaign sites reflecting the brand.
• Collaborate with front-end and design engineers from concept to production through QA and launch.
• Own web design end to end for key initiatives, including homepage updates and product feature launches.
• Translate briefs into high-conversion, on-brand web experiences.
• Audit and refine the site for craft and consistency.
