Job summary

Sift is seeking a Visual Designer to own and evolve its external visual identity across website, campaigns, and sales materials. You will translate high-frequency telemetry into clear visuals that help engineers and executives understand the platform, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership on day-to-day design work.

This hands-on role requires strong craft, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to create scalable brand systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in visual, brand, or marketing design.
• Experience designing for B2B technology companies, including complex products.
• Strong visual design fundamentals across typography, composition, color, layout, and hierarchy.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear visuals and narratives.
• Experience designing across websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and sales materials.
• Proficiency in Figma and building reusable components and brand systems.
• Able to manage design projects independently with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of external-facing materials including website graphics and sales collateral.
• Translate complex products into clear visual narratives, diagrams, and explainers.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity across digital and print materials.
• Develop scalable brand systems, templates, and reusable assets for marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to communicate capabilities to engineers and business audiences.
• Work with external agencies on larger projects, ensuring brand consistency.
• Own projects from concept to production, balancing quality, priorities, and deadlines.
