Job summary

Sift is a data infrastructure platform for hardware engineering teams, turning telemetry into actionable insights for rockets and autonomous systems. We seek a Visual Designer to own and evolve external visuals across website, campaigns, and sales materials.

You’ll translate technical concepts into clear visuals, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership. This hands-on role demands strong craft, ability to build scalable brand systems, and collaboration with agency partners

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in visual, brand, or marketing design.
• Experience designing for B2B technology companies, ideally including complex or technical products.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, layout, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to translate abstract or technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals and compelling visual narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of Sift's external-facing materials, including website graphics, landing pages, campaigns, social content, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Translate complex technical products and concepts into clear visual narratives, diagrams, illustrations, and product explainers.
• Maintain and evolve Sift's visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across digital, print, and presentation materials.
• Develop scalable brand systems, templates, and reusable assets that enable the Marketing and Sales teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to understand technical capabilities and communicate them effectively to engineering and business audiences.
• Collaborate with external agencies and contractors on larger creative projects, providing direction and ensuring consistency with Sift's brand.
• Own projects from initial concept through final production, balancing creative quality, business priorities, and deadlines.
